Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican American born within El Paso. The family she comes from has an entertainment gene. Since a young age, Karla (Host of the Univision show Despierta America!) and other family members were always close to her. Since she was a child and a member of the family, she has been surrounded by television show hosts such as Karla Martinez (Host of DespiertaAmerica on Univision)! Andrew Martinez is the vice president for Safety, Security as well as Resiliency of Business Resiliency for Southern California Edison, one of the largest electric utilities in America. SCE is a firm believer on the safety of workers as well as business security and resilience. Martinez is in charge of providing safety leaders within the organization with the guidance and high-quality programs necessary to reach the goals of their safety groups. Martinez had the post of director of Safety Training and Compliance at SCE before taking on this job. In the past, he was the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. During his 30 years at SCE Martinez has held several leadership positions in corrective action as well as performance improvement programmes, such as roles in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) that focused on safeguarding employees and the public from hazards.
